I was 206 when I got pregnant the first time. I didn't show until about 18 weeks. (my stomach was smaller then) and even then some people didn't see it.
I was 230lbs when I got pregnant the second time, I started showing at 10-12 weeks. But I got pregnant 10 months after I had my first...so I believe that is why.
This time I had developed a bigger belly beforehand. I weighed 230lbs before getting pregnant. This time I was about 23-24 weeks before I was actually showing. I looked like I was getting heavier before, but my belly didn't look pregnant.
I think it depends on your body type and where the fluff lies. Some women are thin and don't show until later. There is really no way to tell until you get there. (sorry!)
