OOOH a new thread woo hoo. so I have a weird se since starting the cinnamon. The beds of my nails are very healthy and pink looking. They have always been greyish and just kind of pail. Maybe this isn't a se but more a sign of it working... who knows

Praying For a Soy Joy!! TTC number 2 . Trying with vitex, soy and cinnamon.
Throw in a little black and blue cohosh, epo, licorice and dong quai all for good measure.
