(I am not a big fan of injections, nor am I trying to conceive). I am hoping the naturopath will look a little further into the situation (i.e., do some more testing on my hormones) and help me control my symptoms naturally. After reading these forums, though, I am convinced progesterone cream will help me once I get off bcp. Did your naturopath happen to mention anything to you about progesterone to control your cycles and help with PCOS symptoms?
No, my naturopath did not mention progesterone, however, I am doing some research myself into it. There's a bit about Natural Progesterone Cream (NPC) on the Alternative section.
Hope your appointment goes well!
