Is there any reason other than PCOS that would cause you problems with fertility? If not, I wouldn't stress about it too much. I did the whole range of fertility treatment, but ended up conceiving on Metformin alone. Some women with PCOS conceive in the 1st couple of months coming of bcp. Others conceive with just Clomid. Unless you or DH have some other medical issues, a 1% chance of conception is just ridiculous.
