I'm also a healthy weight, so I just changed my diet to a "wholesome" one - not low fat but plenty of healthy grains, lots of veggies and herbs, fish, little meat and only organic when I do eat meat, and organic dairy products.
I feel better for it
Bloody expensive though!!
