I've been on this site for a few days now and am a little overwhelmed with all the great info. How much of the above mentioned supplements should I take? (I live in Germany, so I won't be able to buy the american brands of supplements), How many units per supplement is good? At this point I'm not taking Metformin, even though my doctor wanted to try it on me 3 years ago. It really bothers my digestive trackt.
