It sounds like maybe there is more than 1 problem. From what I read is seems like you *may* have hidradenitis as a PP suggested. If you haven't checked out the thread you may want to. There are varying degrees of HS.

It also sounded like maybe you have razor burn? (I may have misread something so I'm sorry if I did! I'm not trying to make light or downplay something you know is more than razor burn.) If that is part of the issue contributing to your thigh troubles you may want to look at the Coochy Cream that Passion Party sells. It is an adult website so there is TMI stuff on there (just a warning!) It's speciffically for shaving the more sensitive areas & it's supposed to sooth the skin pretty well. I haven't tried it personally but I know people who use it.
