Welcome to the Cysterhood!!!

Dear Lord, Thank You for bringing us here together to support each other in Your name. Thank You for living through us to deliver friendships, support and love to help us get through difficult times and Wonderful times! Please be with us this month to help each other grow closer to You and Let Go and Let You in whatever we hope to achieve for each of our lives this month.
In Christ, Amen!

We are a group of Christian women who are all from different ages, lives, and goals. But we have three things in common:

1.) we want to be healthier and loose some weight
2.) we love the Lord!!!
3.) we love each other as cysters in Him

Please feel free to join us. Do not be intimidated because you don't know anyone (yet). We love newcomers and we look foward to knowing you!!!!!

We are a group of women who discuss just about anything/everything, but our goal is we want to help each other by support and encourage you to be accountable for your daily goals! Plus, if you got anything else going on. We would love to listen and pray for you!!

This is our suggestions we use to try and help each other.

*post something positive, inspirational, or a yummy recipe!

*prayer requests AND praises (God is awesome so we must remember to praise as well as pray)

*try to state your goals and progress (We love to praise!! progress and if otherwise - we love to pray, support and encourage you whatever is going on in your life
