I was put on a cycle of tetracycline (sp?) years ago and the doc told me it should help but he also said it was a short term thing, obviously you can't stay on them forever because you become resistant.
That's when I learned that ANY time I get put on an antibiotic I DEMAND a rx for a Diflucan too. TMI (but I know I'm not the only woman who gets this) but being on antibiotics gives me yeast infections. As if I needed another thing to deal with! It did help with the inflamation though.
I've been pretty lucky lately. No horrible ones...although I have one of the usual ones acting up a little...and there's a nice little hole the size of a pinhead. Lovely. |
