I dont see why it would hurt to up the vitex to 1600mg thats what my bottle says to take. 2 pills twice a day. Also, on the cinnamon I take 2 500mg in the morning then 1 at lunch then another before bed. I also, only take the gtf twice a day as directed. I really cant beleive I ovulated. Also, I have noticed my facial hair has slowed in growth. I didnt even know this was possible. :giggle:
