Hi ladies!
The GTF chromium is suppose to help with IR. I also, ordered the hypoinnd but, I want to stick with the meds im already taking since so far they are working. I also, have tried using the CB ovulation thing but, since I have very long cycles it was a waste so I ended up selling it after trying it. I hope these herbs start working for you ladies soon. I say stick with it for a few months just to see if it works. It took me 2 weeks to ovulate after starting the gtf and cinnamon.
