Are using your activity points?
Do you drink enough water?
Are you weighing and measuring every bite?
About your exercise: do you incorporate strength training as part of your routine? What is your heart rate like when you exercise? How many minutes per day does it come out to?
I don't claim to be the expert by a long shot, but when my weight loss stalls/plateaus, these are the questions I ask myself to trouble shoot. Hope you find them helpful!
