Depending on 'when' you weigh, the numbers on the scale might not be telling the whole story - that's why it's not a bad idea to weigh in every day for at least a month, or two, so you can see the relationship between what you eat (high sodium foods), hydration levels, lower body workouts (which ALWAYS spike the scale the next day, pms, etc...
