So, I bought the book by the nutritionist name Dian Shepperson Mills called 'Endometriosis: A Key to Healing Through Nutrition'. It's good! It even includes a chapter on PCOS and endometriosis. Although, it doesn't include a chapter on pregnancy it does reiterate the importance of good nutriton in dealing with endometriois as well as dealing with infertility.
Her recommendations of avoiding wheat and sugar is tough, but I'm willing to do it. I've already realized that those two things makes a difference in my energy level throughout the day.
What herbals does your accupuncturist recommend? She recommends several that I haven't heard about (a la Slippery Elm?)
