I saw my Gyno today after being on Met for 6 weeks in which I was constantly ill, bad diahorrea every day, no appetite, constant nausea, headaches, dizziness, the whole shebang. So he decided it's best to go off it as it's just not for me.
He said there's nothing else for Insulin Resistance (mine is really bad
) except exercise and low gi diet. I've been following a low GI diet for about a month anyway.
Has anyone else had this happen? What did you do?
Oh and by the way I did try the XR version as well and that also made me sick.
