Would a doctor put me on Met if a diagnosis was unclear? (I'm seriously asking not being snarky!) I do have a lot of questions about these things now. I had bloodwork done back in the day which I truly don't think was on day 3 (if that's a big deal??), I've been labled IR which I probably am but I never did a glucose test where I drank the liquid & they monitored me. They just drew blood and my glucose was 97 but I wasn't fasting (the reference range on my labs were 74-110 so it is on the higher side) and 6mos later after I was on Met is was drawn again and it was 74 and again I don't believe I was fasting. |
