Yes, it seems that excess estrogen seems to feed both in PCOS and Endo. But apparently, everyone with PCOS may not have endometriosis and vice versa. Again, I have to put my pitch on that book (again - she even has a chapter on PCOS and syndrome X), it seems that they are treated the same way with nutrition. Avoiding carbs and/or vitex. It seems like when the hormones are reduced, the PCOS and endo get better for us.
