Thanks for all the good advice. For some reason, I am not comfortable telling my friends about my diagnosis. They think DH and I just "aren't ready" yet to have children. I can't stand the looks of pity that they give to our other friends who are having fertility problems. There is a lot of good support on this website, and I just wanted you all to know I really appreciate it!
