Definately BBT & see if that shows a temp shift. I get EWCM occasionally but then AF never comes...only spotting, and I don't have the temp shift I've only had 2 or 3 normal AF's since going off BCPs, the rest of the time it's spotting.
Basically, it just sucks being a girl with PCOS LOL
