hi Dana! I am making lifestyle changes... pretty much I only drink water, eat lean meats, whole grains, veggies and fruit. Pretty much I am paying attention to my body and when I am ful, I stop eating, when I am hungry, I eat until I am full, but not stuffed - just satisfied.. I am trying to incorporate more activity in my "lifestyle" but it is hard. I started at the end of January and weigh every saturday morning. I didn't do too good this week, soI might not update it this saturday. LOL
