Adry, I slice a third of a cucumber and put 3-4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the in the bowl. I eat them then drink the rest of the remaining vinegar. I do this first thing in the morning. Then before lunch I drink 2 tablespoons of vinegar and before dinner the same. If I have a snack or something I take 1 tablespoon before I eat it. I also have lost some weight. I don't know how much but my clothes are definately looser. I am not ready to weigh myself yet. I am gonna wait on that one! This is the only thing I have done different so I trust it is the vinegar. |
