This has indeed turned into a hot topic.
I think if a person wants to decide on their own to order drugs from outside the US, after making themselves aware of the consequences and dangers, that's their personal choice. But I don't think it should be encouraged, or presented as being preferable to getting meds legally, from your doctor.
