I'm not sure if you know this, but Walmart and Kroger stores offer a 30 day supply of medication for just $4. Metformin and Metformin ER (which I *believe* is the generic Glumetza) are both on that list. It might be worth it for you to pay for an office visit with your doc, or an urgent care visit, so you can get on the proper dose of your meds.
The most important thing to remember is to not give up. If you fall off your exercise for a month, keep fighting to start it up again. Instead of telling yourself, "I keep failing at exercise" you can try to look at it as "I exercised regularly for ___ days!".
You can get well! Some of that will be medical but wellness starts in our hearts and minds. That doesn't mean you have to have positive thoughts all the time. You don't even have to believe the positive thoughts at first. If you keep trying and keep your fighting attitude, things
will get better.
