Do you eat when you take your Met? You can have a meal or take it with a glass of milk, also if you are dizzy after taking it like a few hours later it might be because you NEED to eat bc your blood sugar has dropped. I would say if you are feeling good, keep taking the 250mg for a week and then move up bc if you move up to fast you will definitely be able to relate with others with the far worse side effects! hehe not that everyone gets them tho. GL hang in there. If you can there are pill cutters out there and stuff I dont know if that is what you are using. HTH
