I had no problems coming off Lexapro I was on 10mg a day. I would suggest if you are on a higher dose to cut it for a week and keep cutting it until you feel you can come off of it. GL! It may be helpful to talk to your dr about it also and he might be able to put you on another pill with out skipping any anti-anxiety/depression pills that way you shouldn't get any withdrawal if that is what you want to do (find another pill).
