I lost two pounds since my last weigh in. Of course, that was two weeks ago. I didn't weigh in last week because of my surgery. However, I am really impressed with my 2 pound loss since I haven't done anything in the last two weeks. Before I weighed in, I was thinking that I would be happy if I didn't gain more than a pound or two.

I go to the doctor tomorrow (fingers crossed). I just want to know what the doctor has to say about my meniscus. I am not sure if I even have one in my left knee anymore. I also want to start physical therapy. Not doing anything is really not good for my mental health! I have been having anxiety attacks and bouts of depression, which I generally don't have when I am more active.

Well, I hope everybody has a happy and healthy week. I will check in again tomorrow and hopefully I will have some news from the doctor.

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms!
