Hi

I was lucky, I moved house and had to change Dr's and my new Dr is so lovely - she really listens to me and has tested me for a number of things. My testosterone level came back as normal also, however my GP believed I had PCOS when we went thru my other symptoms and referred me to a specialist. I had an ultrasound and was found to have cysts on my ovaries. I did have to have lots of blood tests to confirm I have PCOS and now I am on Metformin 500mg x3 daily and my specialist has referred me to a laser clininc for hair removal on the NHS- I am going for my first appointment in 6 weeks so will know what they can treat then.

Please ask to see another Dr at your practice or even swap practices as you shouldn't be ignored.

Good luck
