I can't complain too much, I know there are others who have them a lot worse than I do.
Yet another thing I didn't know was closely related to PCOS....the yest infections. I don't get them as much any more but if I take an antibiotic--forget about it. When I do feel like I may be getting one (from something other than an antibiotic) I take those AZO yeast pills. They usually help & I don't end up getting one.
