Somewhat damaged- I am not positive for an answer to your questions. The cup is a couple of inches long, so I suppose if your cervix is VERY low you probably wouldn't be able to get it in high enough to be comfortable... like, the end of it would have to poke out to accomodate a low cervix. JUst guessing. But, I've not heard of that problem... Vaginas are big and flexy LOL.
