Welcome Marsha. I am a newbie too and I have found this site very helpful. I am about 100 pounds overweight and we have been trying to conceive for 3years now. I was diagnosed last year. We can do this together. I have tried weight watchers before and no luck. I need more motivation. I haven't tried Atkins or South Beach but I have heard good things.
