I think you have HYPOthyroid and HYPERthyroid confused. When people have higher TSH they have hypothyroid and when it is too low they have hyperthyroid.
Have you had your T3 and T4 hormones checked?
From my understanding, .89 is a good TSH level. Right now mine is 6.67 and I am on meds to help my hypothyroidism.
I personally would not be concerned at this level, but maybe you should seek a second opinion regarding your symptoms.
