Default Foods/Ways To Shed Belly Fat?

Hello! My name is Danielle. I'm 22 years old and have been struggling with PCOS for quite a while now. My GYN never really diagnosed me until I went in with a list of symptoms and said, "I think I have this" and she told me yea. Great work eh? Maybe I should be giving out the bills.

Anyway, I'm decently thin, 5'7" 150 (could shed some pounds still) and all my fat is on my belly, which I know is extremely common with PCOS. I've cut out a lot of the bad: soda, fast food, even red meat and pork. I have significantly limited my amounts of bread, pasta, wheat, potatoes, carrots, corn etc.

I'm just wondering if there are any foods that people have noticed that once they stopped eating them, they started to lose weight? I currently go to the gym and run a mile+ one-three times a week (depending on my work and school schedule). I'm just super depressed over my tummy and also I have severe acne which i've had since I was 12. It comes and goes but I usually have at least 2 pimples on my face.

I'm hoping someone can give me some hope to shedding the blemishes and belly fat because I'm about to give up.

Oh yea and also, I have NO insurance or much money so drugs aren't on my list right now unfortunately. Hopefully soon.
