yes, let us know how that one is. So far, I've hated ALL of the yoga workouts I've tried (and will be glad when Yoga Week of OVAH!)
That said, I really do need to add regular deep stretching to my workouts. My flexibility is HORRIBLE (and that can lead to injuries.)

I never need painkillers when I'm regularly working out (with or without weight loss)
