drp, yes it is possible that some of your symptoms will get better or even go away with weight loss, but some still have the same issues after losing weight. It's different for everyone.
Also yeah, metformin, low carb and exercise should get you to lose weight.
I watch my calories, fats, carbs, sodium and try to keep them on the lower side. I see the best results for me when I stick to around 150-180g of carbs a day.
I try to get as much protein and fiber as I can.
