I spoke with my GYN's nurse and she said that being tired is not a typical symptom of going off the pill. She said that sometimes going off the pill can mess with your thyroid levels, if you previously had problems with it, making you tired. Personally, I have thyroid antibodies but I am not hypo/hyperthyroid, I get tested once a year to make sure it stays that way. So I'm going to wait a few more days and see how it goes, if I stay tired I'm calling my endo to make sure thyroid levels have not changed.

Also, she told me that she has patients call with all sorts of symptoms, like weight fluxuations, anxiety, moods, nausea, etc, after they go off the pill. She said they normally resolve by the end of 3 weeks or one menstral cycle. She said symptoms beyond time period are an indicator that something is going on that the birth control may have been masking previously.
