AM Workout:
Yoga Class = 45 mins
Zumba Class= 45 mins
elliptical (as a warm-up) = 10 mins
leg weight machines = 15 mins
Total= 115 mins

PM Workout:
Circuit training = 55
Cardio max = 20
Total = 75

Total for the day = 190 mins Yippee!
