Thanks so much for the prayers, I really appreciate it! I had the surgery today and it went okay but it was unsuccessful. It turns out that during the surgery my doctor was unable to get the super small camera through my cervix because it is too narrow! He was unable to do the hysteroscopy or the D&C...He referred me to a fertility specialist. We checked our insurance and I found a grouping of doctors that specialize in reproductive endocrinology. I was actually able to get an appointment for Friday morning! (At first it was going to be later in the month but I think the lady I talked to felt sorry for me after hearing all I had been through lately and especially today. She went and talked to her supervisor to get me in!) I'm eager to get this appointment done, hopefully this doctor will have some answers for me -- and he may even be able to help with the hormonal imbalances I'm dealing with so much now since his speciality is endocrinology. ...I guess it was a blessing in disguise that the medicine didn't work. Otherwise I would never have had the surgery and if I didn't have the surgery I wouldn't have known about my too-narrow cervix. My doctor said it can be a cause for infertility, so maybe that has been the main issue all along!! I read online that it can be corrected with a minor surgery. Hope so!!
