I have hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism and after a year of treatment with slowly upping my dose of Synthroid my TSH has gone from 7+ to .75 (my test has the same range as yours). This is a good number. For me at least. But if you feel you need further clarification of your numbers I would call your dr. and ask your specific questions. Including how you are feeling. You don't want to go under the normal range. That would mean you are going hyperthyroid. Definately call you dr. and ask questions. Did they check your T4?
