Are you taking anything for your thyroid? If so, the medication can suppress your TSH but you could still have a low level of actual thyroid hormones.

Also, it's hard to get a good picture of what your thyroid is doing without checking your free T3 and free T4. The TSH is unreliable in my opinion, and that of many other thyroid patients.
