I may be wrong but what I read above, and what I read by the forwarding links are two seperate things.
Having the government become more involved and set guidelines for what is sold in our country is not necessarily a bad thing.
I'm sure people with their dead cats and dogs wish that the government would have done more to avoid the pet food crisis that happened last year.
Testing products and making sure they are not full of harmful chemicals or substances and introducing a system where the govenment avoids future outcomes where it's humans rather than animals, could actually be seen by some as a good thing.
I believe that just like with many rules and laws that are introduced there are always the few that stretch the truth to their advantage to make their point.
This is just my opinion though, I am not here to debate this. However should this post become a debate or should anyone have any issues with the topic, please let me know. |
