I would steer clear from anything which is processed and not natural.
Obviously in this day and age that is hard to do totally, so the occasionally milo would be ok but perhaps not everday.. if that is the only sort of bad thing you are having maybe even everday would be fine...
It depends on the rest of your diet.

Remember milo is sugary and processed and not natural... you'd be better with plain light milk I would say.

Yes eating a low carb diet is best for insulin resistance therefore PCOS which is for the most part CAUSEd by insulin resistance in most cases - but you can eat small quantities of for eg basmati rice, sweet potato and pasta - these are all low to medium carbs - and also the fruits and vege.
