TMI Follows....Need Help! Ok.....the story so far. My doc had me on Nuva ring for months and it worked fine but it gave me severe vaginal pain. So out it came. We talked about Zovia 1/35 and she put me on that. I started my first pack and into the 3rd week of active pills I had spotting for one day. Nothing at all to worry about. Well I move into my second pack of pills. My third week of active pills and I had spotting on the first day. I wasnt worried. Then I started to spot more, what I would call a light period. Then WHAM!! I started flowing like crazy and had a full fledge, heavy period. Now mind you, with BCPs I have had a lining shed every month since November. So no extra buildup. Well, a few days ago, I started having "double you over" cramping. Was awful. Last night, between 5-7pm it culminated. It started as dull cramping and dull backache to full fledge "crying in pain" cramping and backache. I wanted to take something for it, but chose not to take pain medicine. I went to check my pad as I have been filling them constantly. That is when it happened. OMG....I looked down and well how to describe it. It was a mass. Not a blood clot. But a mass of tissue of some sort. It is a big as a golf ball. Not smooth by any means. It is the color of pale flesh. It has a dark dot about the size of a dime on the inside of it. Of course I called my mom and totally freaked. She told me to put it into jar with water and watch to see if I pass another. (Gross I know) Now I am telling you guys, I have never in the 35 years I have been alive, passed anything remotely close to this. I mean I know what blood clots look like. But this isnt it. I am rather worried about this. Today I have had no cramping or backache to speak of. What do you guys think happened to me? Has anyone had this happen before? I am so sorry about the gross factor of this. Please any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Thank you.
