Leilanibaby - as I understand it, once you have ovulated, your temperatures should stay higher than your pre-ovulation temps until you get your period (or longer if you are pregnant). One low temp is nothing to worry about (I think) - but if your temps remain in the lower range again for a few days, it is possible (probable?) that you did not ovulate. I'm sure others will correct me if I'm wrong! It could be that your hormone levels are trying to reach the threshold needed to ovulate but not quite getting there.

Reckon I ovulated in Cycle 03/20/2008 (top one) but not in Cycle 01/15/2008 (bottom one). I have heard that PCOS women's temp charts often resemble the rocky mountains...that made me feel better that I wasn't the only one!

Keep watching the temps for the next few days and see how the overall pattern looks. May as well consider youself still fertile for the time being, though...wouldn't do any harm!
