You aren't alone, I felt the same way when I got off (rage, crying etc). Like I said if you can, try and excerise and it will help you feel better. You may want to look in to some councelling. I didn't go right away but I should because being off the meds can make you feel like a different person.

Remember, the meds are crutches for feelings so look in to it.
