Yeah.. I almost ordered a pizza last night. I was so tired. I had did a stupid thing and went from 9am to 4pm with only eating a Kashi granola bar. So I was feeling sluggish and tired, especially after jogging 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill (I did eat a tuna sandwich before I jogged though.)
But still it had me feeling lazy and crappy. I didn't want to cook supper. I ended up putting breaded fish in the oven and opening up a can of beans, LOL
I am down 2.5lbs from last week. I met my 300 minutes of exercise exactly. I was wanting to bump it up to 320 this week, but I'm sore from it, so I think I'll keep it here for now.
God I hope I can get out of the 240s this time around. Seems this has been my plateau since February or March.
