I used the NPC 40mg to supplement after confirmed ovulation, then I had to up it to 80mg/day b/c I started spotting 8dpo. I had my progesterone drawn then and got the results a week later (which was so helpful, I might add) and they were only a 5.6.
Since they like to see them above 10 or 12, I had to demand that doc give me prometrium for the next cycle. He finally did, so as soon as I O this cycle I am going to start using the prometrium in hopes that it will help with my progesterone levels and spotting..... |
