By concentrate, do you mean the pills that chiralbalance sells? These are way expensive. I'll have to wait for a special occasion to ask for these as a gift. I think I'll continue to eat the muffins to see if it helps. I did find that eating them with whipped cream (fat free) with a little splenda helps me get them down.
