I have gotten bfp's twice by using preseed. Last time was a m/c and this time will hopefully go to term, but that's not really related to the preseed at all. My point is that apparently it either works or it doesn't hurt! I have not heard that it is harmful to sperm. I have known several people to get bfp's while using it. Still, I suppose if I had gobs and gobs of EWCM, I wouldn't bother with it... why add anything else to the mix? But without good CM, I would definitely take that chance!
