it makes sense that it gets better with age. as you get older you produce less androgens, so by the time we hit our 40's we will probably have the androgens of a person in their 20's. in the book "PCOS the hidden epidemic" he talks about how women with PCOS tend to have really easy menopause because we dont experience the drastic drop in estrogen and testostrone, because we have too much to begin with.
