Hey Farmgrrl!

So I don't use low fat cheese. I just can't get past the taste. I do use 1% milk in all my cooking, but that's because DH prefers 1%. (I can't drink milk so it's not a big concern for me.) I'm considering soy milk at the moment. I tried a few months ago, but the texture really put me off so we'll see.

I'm still losing weight steadily, even with the full fat cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. I just make sure to limit my portion sizes.
